Trek to Yomi is a story-driven action-adventure that follows the protagonist Hiroki as he fights against the forces of evil and needs to solve puzzles to do so. The player will need to solve various sorts of puzzles to fight off bandits, spirits, and specters, all while avoiding traps to reach the final boss.
Chapter 5 has three separate puzzles players will need to complete before reaching the final boss. These puzzles are spread out throughout the stage, and players must complete each puzzle in order to progress through the chapter. These puzzles can be tricky at first but won’t take too much time as long as the player knows where to start.

Chapter 5 includes two different kinds of puzzles. Two of the three puzzles are separate minigames that require the player to rotate rings that display different symbols into the right formation. The third puzzle requires players to interact with certain items to access a boat that will allow them to progress. These puzzles serve as a nice break from Trek to Yomi's violent Samurai gameplay, and here’s how to solve the ones in Chapter 5.
Players will encounter the first puzzle as the first challenge in the chapter. Once players enter the stage and progress a bit, objects will fall in front of them, creating a new path that will take the player to the first shrine. Here, players will encounter the first puzzle, which can be started by standing on the pressure plate and pressing the interaction button. Players will be shown a circle with three levels of rings, which they have to rotate to match in a certain orientation. The final answer should match the image above.
