Paramount Pictures has announced the Blu-Ray and Digital release dates for the latest installment to the action sci-fi franchise. After a month since its theatrical release, the prequel has earned a worldwide gross of over $400 million at the box office.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will be available for digital purchase starting tomorrow, July 11. This will then be followed by its home video release on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on October 10 from Paramount Home Entertainment.
Both digital and physical releases of Rise of the Beasts will feature more than an hour of bonus content including deleted and extended scenes. Listed below are the ten bonus videos fans should expect to get:
“Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons,” reads the synopsis.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts was directed by Creed II director Steven Caple Jr. from a screenplay written by Joby Harold. It stars Anthony Ramos as Noah Diaz, Dominique Fishback as Elena Wallace, Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime, Michelle Yeoh as Airazor, Pete Davidson as Mirage, Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal, Peter Dinklage as Scourge, Liza Koshy as Arcee, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez as Nightbird, Colman Domingo as Unicron and more.
