Dreamsurges are a new world event arriving in Patch 10.1.7, Fury Incarnate. Dreamsurges will serve as a way to grant catch-up gear to alts, up to farmable ilvl424 and ilvl437 gear on a limited basis. We took a look at how the event works on the Patch 10.1.7 PTR to bring you all the details!

A Dreamsurge will permeate one Dragon Isles zone per week. While a zone is under the effects of a Dreamsurge, the zone will experience Dreaming Winds, granting a 25% experience bonus to characters leveling in that zone. The Dreamsurge vignette over Thaldraszus for the week. Every 30 minutes, a Dreamsurge event will pop up somewhere in the zone, allowing players to complete objectives.
