The Thor: Love and Thunder trailer is coming soon, as one of Chris Hemsworth's voice over actors teases its release. Marvel Studios is gearing up for the release of the fourth solo film for a single hero, something that hasn't been done before in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Chris Hemsworth returns as the God of Thunder for Thor: Love and Thunder after he underwent a tonal makeover in Thor: Ragnarok with Taika Waititi, who returns to direct the follow-up.
Despite being announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 and having a release date that is less than three months away, Marvel has kept as much as possible about Thor: Love and Thunder a secret. It's confirmed that the returning cast includes Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Jane Foster/Mighty Thor (Natalie Portman), Lady Sif (Jaimie Alexander), all of the Guardians of the Galaxy, and more. There are also new additions like Christian Bale's Gorr the God Butcher and Russell Crowe's Zeus. Thanks to the massive cast, the origin of Mighty Thor, and Waititi's imaginative style, anticipation for Thor: Love and Thunder has remained incredibly high despite the secrecy.
