Surprise surprise, we have more God of War mods this week. When a PlayStation exclusive gets ported over to PC, you can count on fans to create a whole bunch of mods in a scarily small amount of time. Whether it’s being able to jump into the action faster, or making Kratos even more pleasing to the eyes, modders definitely know what everyone wants.

We also have showings from The Witcher and Doom this week, two titles we definitely do not cover enough in these round-ups. But first, we of course have to open on what the God of War community has been up to.
God of War is now moddable, so you know what that means. It may have only just launched on PC, but fans are already making Kratos shirtless, so you can gawk at those pecs without the hindrance of armour. You’ll still get all the perks that come with suiting up - it will just be invisible so as to not block the view. Given the current state of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake Nexus Mods page - which also launched on PC recently - this will be far from the last mod that allows us to appreciate Kratos’ assets. Modders will always find a way.
Yet again, the fans definitely have their priorities straight. For some reason, PlayStation kept its unskippable intro in the PC release, something players weren’t too happy about. Thankfully, being on PC means you can take it into your own hands, with this latest mod letting you skip it entirely. You can now bring God of War more in line with every game ever, and skip the opening company logos.
