This Witcher 3 mod lets Geralt wear the two main outfits from the Netflix series.
There are a lot of differences between The Witcher games, The Witcher books, and the Netflix adaptation starring Henry Cavill, but one of the most obvious ones is the difference in the armour and casual clothing that Geralt wears.

While The Witcher 3 has Geralt's armour appear more chainmail-esque, the Netflix show has it with spots of iron instead.Geralt's default casual wear is different as well. The games have him in a white silk shirt, prominently seen in both of the DLC's key art, while the Netflix show has him in a much darker colour. Whatever your preference, Nexus Mods modder WitcherSeb has created a mod that lets you outfit Geralt in his Netflix costume.
As you can see from the screenshots, the mod puts in Henry Cavill's main outfits for the game Geralt of Rivia to equip. If just having the outfit isn't enough for you, WitcherSeb also made a mod that changes Geralt's face structure to that of Henry Cavil, which you can see in the images for the armour set, as well as mods that change the appearance of Yennefer and Ciri to that of Anya Challotra and Freya Allan respectively.
These mods are especially interesting when you remember that the current-gen updates for The Witcher 3 are said to contain content from Netflix show, so it's possible that we'll be seeing official versions of the same outfits very soon.
