Therazane Shoulder Enchants not Account-Bound in Cataclysm Classic
If you were an active player in Wrath of the Lich King Classic, you probably remember the grind to earn Exalted with The Sons of Hodir so you could buy their Shoulder Enchants. Thankfully, due to the fact that these Enchants were BoA (Bound on Account), you would only have to go through that grind once. Even if you had a small army of alts, you could buy the Echants on your main, and then send them via mail to your other characters.
That is not currently the case in Cataclysm Classic. The corresponding Faction that sells Shoulder Enchants this time around is Therazane, which is localized to Deepholm and named after the Stonemother Therazane herself.
While similar to the Sons of Hodir in the way that there are Enchants available for sale when you reach Honored, and then more powerful ones at Exalted, the big difference is that none of these Enchants are BoA. This means that every character you play and want to have access to these Shoulder Enchants needs to play through at least part of the Deepholm questline to unlock the Therazane faction, and then either Daily Quest or Dungeon farm to Exalted.
