War Within Pre-Patch Launches Before July 30th
A new splash screen element revealing that the Radiant Echoes pre-patch event will become available on July 30th also indicates that The War Within pre-patch will launch before that date!

Given that the splash screen states «available July 30th,» it seems reasonable to conclude that this splash screen must appear on Pre-Patch servers prior to that date, all but confirming that the Pre-Patch itself must launch before July 30th. Although we still don't have an exact date, July 23rd seems likely. This will give us roughly one month of Pre-Patch before The War Within launches in earnest on August 26 (with Early Access on August 22).
