The Epic Games Store’s next free titles have been confirmed.
Metroidvania action game F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch and single-player adventure game Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion will be free to claim on Epic’s PC marketplace from November 2-9.
They’ll replace survival horror sequel The Evil Within 2 and puzzle platformer Tandem: a Tale of Shadows, which are now free to claim until November 2.
Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney said in March that players should expect to see further high-profile Epic Games Store exclusives in the future.
And in August the Fortnite maker announced a new Epic Games Store exclusivity scheme.
The Epic First Run programme allows developers of any size to claim 100% of revenue if they agree to make their game exclusive on the Epic Games Store for six months.
Another Epic Games Store scheme which will see developers getting a 100% revenue share for the first six months by bringing their older titles to the marketplace was revealed last week.
Last month, Epic announced plans to lay off around 830 employees, or 16% of its total workforce.
It will be increasing the price of Fortnite V-Bucks and some real money content packs tomorrow, and will start charging for the use of Unreal Engine outside of video game development next year.
