Black Noir is one of the most talented Supes in The Boys given his placement on The Seven, but how powerful is he really? Viewers first met the mysterious non-speaking Black Noir in season 1 of The Boys. With an all-black costume that conceals what he looks like, there is a lot about Black Noir that is not known. Season 1 didn't give the character too much to do, so it was up to season 2 to flesh out his story and strengths. The Boys season 3 will take an even deeper dive into the character's origins.
The Boys season 2 put Black Noir on the hunt for Billy Butcher and The Boys. He took a particular interest in finding them and used Vought's resources to track them down, seeing Butcher leave where Becca was being held and following them to Billy's aunt's house. As a Supe, the Boys pose no threat to Black Noir in their fight, but he is held in check by Vought CEO Stan Edgar. The significant level of obedience Black Noir shows towards Vought is the only thing stopping him from using the full extent of his powers as he sees fit, and he's got plenty of superpowers at his disposal.

Black Noir is an expert fighter with all the bonuses of being a superhero. His superhuman strength allowed him to disembowel Kimiko in season 1, and overpower Starlight in season 2. He is also incredibly durable, as he was barely affected by Kimiko's superstrength and survived powerful, close-up explosions on multiple occasions with only some burn marks on his face.
