The Boys season 2 had a lot going on and saw the titular characters on the run for a while. Butcher spent most of his time looking for, and trying to rescue, his wife Becca after learning she was alive and living inside a Vought compound with her son Ryan; Stormfront, a Nazi, emerged from hiding and joined The Seven, allying with Homelander in a bid to take control; and The Boys obtained plenty of information about Vought, Compound V, and how they have used Supes throughout their history.

The story will pick up one year following the events of season 2, with The Boys on the hunt for an Anti-Supe weapon that could potentially kill Homelander.
