Hyundai has officially unveiled its fully electric car Hyundai Ioniq 6, giving us a glimpse of how the interior and exterior of the EV will look like. With an amazing aerodynamic design, the new Ioniq 6 has a coefficient of 0.21 and shows a new era of electric mobility is coming. The archline of the roof reminds a lot of the awesome Porsche 911 or the iconic Citroen DC, but going even further than these cars ever did. Check out the details here
IONIQ 6 looks stunning with its low nose, active air flaps at the front, wheel gap reducers, and optional slim digital side mirrors. The car also has separation traps on both sides of the rear bumper as well as optimized deflectors and reduced wheel-arch gap underneath the car.
IONIQ 6’s interior offers a comfortable hideaway as well as personal space. The modular touchscreen dashboard inside the car will integrate a 12-inch full-touch infotainment display and a 12-inch digital cluster. There’s a bridge-type center console providing enough in-car storage. There is also a Dual Color Ambient Lighting and users can choose from a spectrum of 64 colors and six dual color themes inside the card. Its 4-dot Interactive Pixel Lights on the steering wheel make it easy and smooth.
Apart from this, the Hyundai IoniQ 6 is built on the same 800V, super-fast charging E-GMP architecture that we have seen on the Ioniq 5.
However, most of Hyundai Ioniq 6 features and specifications have been kept under wraps. The Ioniq 6 world premiere is likely to take place in July. The company may reveal the full specifications, including the electrified streamliner’s features and advanced technologies only after its launch.
