Starring Jason Sudeikis, the hit comedy-drama series follows Ted Lasso, a perdurably optimistic college football coach who is hired by an English Premier League team, despite having no experience with coaching soccer. In 2021,Ted Lasso season 2 was released. The sophomore season tackled more serious topics while maintaining its charm and feel-good quality. Earlier this year, Ted Lasso season 3 started production.
Now it’s been confirmed that the upcoming season will be the final season. Per TVLine, Brett Goldstein, who plays Roy Kent, says the ending ofTed Lasso season 3 is being written as the series finale. Ted Lasso creators Sudeikis, Brendan Hunt, and Bill Lawrence have previously announced that they have a three-season plan in mind.
