Call of Duty: Warzone has struggled with bugs and glitches for some time now. While few would describe Call of Duty: Warzone's launch stable, by any means, the more recent Pacific update has led to a significant increase in technical problems in the battle royale. Some of these issues are frustrating and others yet are entirely unacceptable. Sometimes, however, it's fun to find a Call of Duty: Warzone glitch that's just completely absurd. That accurately describes the newly discovered thumb glitch.
The glitch in question was shared by Reddit user tmac416, who uploaded a video of the glitch they experience mid-game online. It isn't a complex glitch, by any means. When tmac416 goes to aim down their weapon sights, there's an obvious object obstructing their view. Upon further inspection, this object has a clear thumbprint. Somehow, Call of Duty: Warzone has glitched so that the player's thumb is in the way of their sight, preventing them from using ADS.

What appears to be happening is a pretty standard Call of Duty: Warzone glitch. As many players have experienced or seen, sometimes textures that are a part of players' character models or weapon models will fragment or displace. The worst-case examples of this see weapons turn into abstract objects with jutting spikes coming out every direction. This glitch is more understated, displacing a finger texture into the player's line of sight when they use ADS.
Luckily, this type of glitch is a rare occasion. It's rather unlikely that another player will ever experience a random thumb sticking in front of their sights. There will still be a possibility of random textures altering a player's visibility, as Raven Software
