Doctor Strange 2 Posters: Variants, Scarlet Witch's Powers & New MCU Hero
New Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnessposters spotlight some of the most exciting parts of the upcoming MCU film, like variants of familiar characters, Scarlet Witch's powers, and newcomer America Chavez. After a longer-than-expected wait, Doctor Strange 2 will arrive in theaters in one month's time. The highly anticipated MCU flick is directed by Sam Raimi and sees the return of Benedict Cumberbatch as Dr. Stephen Strange in his second solo adventure. Doctor Strange 2 also features an impressive supporting cast that includes Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and rising star Xochitl Gomez.
Fresh off his appearance in last December's Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange will once again find himself at the center of a multiverse-related crisis. This time, though, things appear to be far darker as an unknown enemy rises up against him. Similar to No Way Home, Doctor Strange 2 has the potential to feature massive cameos from pre-MCU Marvel characters. This was somewhat confirmed by the film's second trailer, which coyly revealed Patrick Stewart has returned to play a Professor X variant. The internet has been abuzz with rumors about who else might be involved with the Multiverse of Madness.
