The indie farming title has seen a number of improvements over the years, with Update 1.6 marking the biggest patch to date for the game. ConcernedApe revealed on Twitter that Update 1.6.4 for Stardew Valley includes more new content and some crucial bug fixes. Stardew Valley broke player count records following the initial release of Update 1.6 on PC in March, and the game has continued to see spikes in activity with the release of subsequent patches. The latest 1.6.4 patch includes a number of fresh additions, such as new layouts for the standard and volcano mines, a brand-new cutscene, mystery boxes at the raccoon shop, and tree-specific drops for the shaving enchantment. A number of bugs have also been addressed in Update 1.6.4, including fixes for disappearing pets, player collisions during event cutscenes, farmhouse placement boundaries, and a rare item spawn crash.
Along with the new content and bug fixes, Stardew Valley Update 1.6.4 also lists a number of improvements to translations, allowing even more players to enjoy the game.
