When it comes to completing the Stardew Valley main story, there are two possible routes: the Community Center and the Joja Warehouse. At the start of the game, the player works for the Joja Corporation. They grow fed up with that way of life and decide they need a break, moving to their grandfather's farm to lead a more peaceful life.

Once in Pelican Town, the player can either help rebuild the Community Center by contributing all sorts of different items in order to complete various bundles, or they can purchase a JojaMart membership and a Joja Warehouse will be built in its place. Instead of bundles, the Joja Warehouse has a Community Development Form with various projects which the player can complete with gold instead of produce and goods. But, is it worth it?
The JojaMart membership has its perks, and it's mandatory that players get it in order to start the Joja Warehouse run. Once the Community Center is unlocked, the player can purchase a JojaMart membership from Morris at the kiosk inside the JojaMart for 5,000g. Then, the Community Center will turn into a Joja Warehouse.

Owning a JojaMart membership also makes the store's prices as good as Pierre's. Additionally, since it doesn't close on Wednesday, it's possible to pick up some supplies when Pierre's is closed. Plus, the JojaMart is the best place to get Sunflower Seeds, especially if you own a membership.
