The newest patch notes, revealed on March 15 and March 16, have confirmed that Stardew Valley will be adding a new honeymoon period for spouses and will be changing jelly, pickles, wines, and juices so that their color matches the ingredient item used to create them.
While the change to jelly, pickles, wines, and juices is self-explanatory, some fans may be curious what exactly the honeymoon period entails. Basically, there was a chance for Stardew Valley spouses to wallow in bed all day after marriage, but the new honeymoon period will prevent that from happening for at least seven days.
