STALKER 2: How To Unlock The Pig Farm Door
The Pig Farm in is located deep into the Cordon Region. It is quite a feat just to make it there depending on how far you are into the game, and you will have to pass a few checkpoints with enemies just to reach it. Once there, you will again find yourself in a hostile environment, so knowing how to solve the puzzle fast will be part of your survival.
Exploring is both fun and scary in as well as a big part of the gameplay loop, and you will find the best gear and money when you go out of your way to find it. Cordon is a region you might not visit right away, and it is actually southeast of the Lesser Zone. This makes it a somewhat difficult place to get to, as you have to make it through a checkpoint unscathed even if the western checkpoint has already opened to you.
When you arrive at the Pig Farm, you will see two main buildings with vehicles at either end that look to be a defensive mechanism. If you went inside the buildings to explore, you will find a locked gate in the northern building behind which is the main stash, as well as another locked door you need to get through to open that gate. You do not need a key to get into the locked door or gate, but you do have to find a way inside.
One of the more pivotal decisions players will make in STALKER 2 involves an unusual PDA, and whom to share its contents with. Here’s how it works.
If you have not yet gone inside, you will want tostay on the outside of the ring and hug the wall of the northern building. You will want to head to the northwest corner on the outside, as shown by the green arrow in the image above. If you have gone inside, exit the building and round the corner to get to the same spot.
Beware of mutated pigs roaming the area. For me, they did not appear until the end of the mission, but that may be random. Keep a shotgun ready in case you have to fight your way out.
Once you reach that corner, you can find an open window. The first one will be shuttered, but thesecond window should be available
