Nekki has released the Gamescom 2024 trailer and new screenshots for single-player story-focused action game SPINE showcasing in-game action, cinematics, parkour, boss fights, and the debut the game’s original score by producer and composer Le Castle Vania.
“We believe a truly cinematic game should immerse players in its world and story through action, not just cutscenes, a huge focus in SPINE is on fluidity of movement and combat,” said SPINE producer Dmitry Pimenov in a press release. “Today’s trailer featuring early gameplay is a glimpse at how we’ll deliver on that promise, with real-life stunt work from action movie specialists, a camera that puts players in the heat of the action, free-flowing combat and takedowns that let players orchestrate their own action scenes, and a hardcore soundtrack from artists like Le Castle Vania!”
