Tencent subsidiary Saroasis Studios has announced Fate Trigger: The Novita, a free-to-play anime-style hero-based tactical shooter powered by Unreal Engine 5. It will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, iOS, and Android in 2025. A closed alpha test will run for PC via Steam from September 25 at 4:00 a.m. PT / 7:00 a.m. ET to September 30 at 8:59 p.m. PT / 11:59 a.m. ET. Users can request access via the store page, or apply via an application or Discord.
“Our team at Saroasis Studios has put in a ton of energy, effort and love to create an exhilarating free-to-play experience for all players to enjoy,” said creative director Jia Heng in a press release. “The upcoming launch is an incredible milestone for the company and we’re extremely excited to get Fate Trigger: The Novita into the hands of players worldwide.”
