Precious Hand is back, but it has a different weakness in the compared to the base game. Another variation of the Shadow called Golden Hand has been appearing in games over the years, and this is another tricky one to beat, but it's worth the effort with the rewards you get for defeating it.
The reason it's so important to know the Precious Hand's weaknesses is that it quickly runs away from an encounter if it's not beaten within two turns. Since the Shadow is a rare spawn, it can take a long while to find another one without pure luck. Luckily, there are plenty of ways you can exploit the Precious Hand's weak point.
The weakness of Precious Hand in the DLC is Fire damage. If you still have Orpheus as Aigis' default Persona, she'll already have suitable attacks like Agi or Agilao to take it down. On the other hand, at this point in the DLC's story where you can explore Cocytus, you can finally add Junpei to your party. Junpei's Persona, Trismegistus, will have the Fire attack, Maragi, in its moveset right away. It may not be the strongest Persona in , but it's a solid choice here.

If you come across a Precious Hand unexpectedly and don't have the right team ready, you can also use Fire-damage items like the Maragi Gem, which deals 50 Fire damage to all foes. These items can be found as random drops by destroying the glowing mineral deposits littered across the dungeons.
Other Personas with Fire-type attacks Aigis can use include Hua Po with Maragi and Agilao. A stronger alternative is those like Baphomet with Maragi as well.
