It's been a little while since the release of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, so attention has naturally turned to the possibility of DLC. We know that the original Marvel's Spider-Man included a few story expansions, introducing the likes of Black Cat and fleshing out characters like Tombstone and Wraith, so the likelihood of getting DLC for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is high.
In fact, it's almost guaranteed, as new details about potential DLC were revealed due to the big Insomniac leak that occurred late last year. However, it seems as though the developer is set on having Janet Lincoln take on the role of The Beetle, a character who Spider-Man fans will probably recognize as the daughter of fellow villain Tombstone.
We know this as the name "Janet" also appeared in the leak back in January, and this concept art seems to be depicting a woman. The only other woman to have appeared as The Beetle is Leila Davis, the wife of a very obscure Marvel villain called The Ringer. Considering we have no idea if The Ringer even exists in Insomniac's version
