is a multiplayer game that has players fighting both Tyranids and other players in various modes. However, those PvE and PvP modes can be frustrating to join, as many players focus heavily on one class and have to drop from a lobby if that class is taken. The matchmaking process seems to be problematic where that is concerned, but there is one way to fix it.
Classes in are varied, but players often focus heavily on one because once a Campaign has started, they cannot switch classes. There are six total classes, each of which has its own perks and abilities. Players who focus heavily on specializing in one of them might find it hard to find a match where their investment pays off since in any Operation match there can only be one of each class.
Not having the ability for duplicate classes to exist on the same map in is annoying, mainly because players have to go through several loading screens to get to the matchmaking screen where they can see if their class has been taken or not. At that point, they will have to opt out if they do not have any other class built up. This can get frustrating if they continue to load into lobbies where their class has already been taken.
Space Marine 2 has already provided plenty of post-launch content, with even more planned in the upcoming year for both PvE and PvP gameplay to enjoy.
This is partially dependent on how players choose to join a match. If players choose a Quick Match option, they will only know once they have loaded into a mission, and it is harder to get out. Currently, between either a fair number of loading screens or a Quick Match, it can be very frustrating for people to get into a game with the class they prefer.
This could be solved using ’s solution as recommended by Reddit user lobmaster23, without having to add multiples of each class to any map.
That solution would leave matches unbalanced and change the narrative flow of the game. But if players could see the classes before having to enter a loading
