Warning: SPOILERS for Superman & Lois season 2, episode 13!
Following the shocking ending of the Superman & Lois season 2 episode «All Is Lost», Jordan Kent will face his greatest challenge. With Rya Kihlstedt's Ally Allston having become Parasite, the cult leader turned supervillainess wields the power to drain her enemies of their energy. Having already fatally siphoned the life out of the Bizarro Tal-Rho (Adam Rayner), Ally swiftly set her sights on her biggest target of all.
In «All Is Lost», Ally finally gets Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) in her clutches and drains his vast power from him, with the Last Son of Krypton nearly dying himself before being revived by Natalie Lane Irons (Taylor Buck). Despite his survival, Clark is left powerless and virtually human, leading John Henry Irons (Wolé Parks) to declare that Clark's closest family and friends must fill the void of his absence to stop Ally during his recovery. Nobody will be burdened will a more daunting responsibility in this regard than Clark's superpowered son Jordan Kent (Alex Garfin).

Jordan's powers have grown throughout Superman & Lois season 2, with Jordan becoming a low-key hero himself saving lives during his father's month-long disappearance in the Bizarro World. Earlier in «All Is Lost», Clark continued to help Jordan refine his powers with a flying lesson in the arctic, with Jordan just starting to get the hang of being airborne. While Jordan has progressed significantly, the timing of Clark losing his powers to Ally has left him as the most prepared character on Superman & Lois in stopping this season's big bad.
