With just one episode left for Obi-Wan Kenobi, there is no shortage of questions and theories regarding the finale. Despite being centered around two characters, Obi-Wan and Darth Vader, whose fates audiences have known for decades, Obi-Wan Kenobi managed to create a sense of stakes around their rivalry. That had to do with stories no one ever imagined Obi-Wan had been a part of, such as rescuing Lea from the Empire, as well as with original show characters like the Third Sister Reva.
Set 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, Obi-Wan Kenobi was the perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between the prequel trilogy and the original Star Wars. How Obi-Wan went from the Clone Wars general to an element figure hiding his powers in the desert was one of the saga's mysteries, as well as how and when exactly Obi-Wan learned that Anakin – or Darth Vader – was alive.

The story of Obi-Wan Kenobi took a significant twist in episode 5, in which audiences learned that Obi-Wan was never the hunt but rather the bait. The Third Sister Reva, who Vader falsely granted as Grand Inquisitor, was revealed to be one of the younglings who were at the Jedi Temple when Anakin attacked. Reva's goal throughout the entire show was never killing Kenobi or becoming Grand Inquisitor, but rather killing Darth Vader herself. While it is certain that Reva cannot kill Darth Vader, the future of the character – and what plans she has for Luke Skywalker – is one of the finale's biggest questions. Obi-Wan Kenobi's final episode will also have to answer what happens between Obi-Wan and Darth Vader for now
