Warning: Spoilers for Obi-Wan Kenobi episode 5.
Reva is shown to be a dangerous and obsessed Imperial Inquisitor in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, but one particular detail hints that she might be killed by Owen Lars, not Obi-Wan or Darth Vader. Reva, a.k.a. the Third Sister, is a well-trained and lethal dark side warrior, despite the Sith limiting the training and strength of their Inquisitor underlings. Owen Lars has no Force abilities, but he is determined to protect his family at all costs and a particular bit of dialogue in the Obi-Wan Kenobi pilot suggests that this may be Reva’s ultimate undoing.
Reva is one of the main antagonists in the Obi-Wan series, but she’s hardly a simple villain. With a tragic origin as a Jedi youngling who was nearly killed by Darth Vader during Order 66, Reva’s true goal isn’t to kill Obi-Wan Kenobi, but to exact revenge on Darth Vader. Obi-Wan Kenobi episode 5 ends on a particularly ominous note, however, which will likely see the relentless Inquisitor return to Tatooine in search of Darth Vader’s son, Luke Skywalker.

In episode 5, titled “Part V,” Reva discovers a transmission from Bail Organa meant for Kenobi, mentioning Owen Lars and Darth Vader’s son on Tatooine, strongly implying that she’ll be headed back to the desolate world to threaten Owen’s family. Although Owen Lars is no match for Reva in a fair fight, the series has set him up to potentially kill the Third Sister, both preserving the continuity of A New Hope
