Server-Wide Priest Racial Abilities Solved in Season of Discovery
Season of Discovery, Phase 4 is here and the Priests of Azeroth have been working hard to unlock the new Priest Racial Ability that allows them to learn a Priest Spell from another Race!
This ability was teased during the development team's Phase 4 Preview Video as a server-wide unlock. The Priest Discord has been on the case since Phase 4 launched and have finally managed to crack the case!

Unlocking Server-Wide Priest Racials
To start the process of unlocking, you will need to be level 60 and have obtained the Binding Heal Rune. Once you have that, visit either High Priestess Laurena or Dietrich Praice to pick up the quest Diplomatic Overtures/Diplomatic Overtures. Obtain the listed items and return them to the questgiver. This will give you the Altruist Ward, an odd item allowing you to heal the opposite faction.
To proceed with this quest, you will need to ally yourself with a Priest of the opposite faction that is also doing this quest chain. You will need each others assistance a few times during this quest, so make sure you don't just immediately separate!
Together with a Priest of the opposite faction, visit the Shrine of Co-Operation in Eastern Plaguelands. Damage each other and heal each other using the Altruist Ward. If all goes according to plan, the Shrine of Cooperation will offer the quest «Shrine of Cooperation». Deliver this quest to either High Priestess Laurena or Dietrich Praice to receive the next step.
The next step, «Diplomat Ring» is an expensive one, likely intended for there to be some cooperation between players to accomplish. You will need 2 Arcanite Bar, 2 Blood of the Mountain, and 3 Blue Sapphire. Bring these back to the quest giver to receive your Diplomat Ring and the followup, «A Diplomatic Mission».
