With Forza Horizon 5, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, DOOM: The Dark Ages, The Outer Worlds 2, and others, Microsoft has a wealth of first-party titles officially headed for PS5. It seems, however, that the company has more announcements to make, with another significant one allegedly coming soon.
Specifically, it looks like Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is going to release for PS5 soon. That’s as per journalist Jez Corden, who recently claimed that Ninja Theory’s action-adventure title will release for the console “pretty soon”. As per Corden, a PS5 port is a matter of “when” and “not if”, and could potentially also be announced at the imminent State of Play presentation scheduled for February 12.
Interestingly, leaker prominent NateTheHate also chimed in, corroborating Cordon’s claims with a tweet that read, “Soon… very soon.”
Earlier this month, Corden claimed that Hellblade 2, Age of Mythology: Retold, and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition were all also in the works for PS5. Of the three, recently, Microsoft officially announced Age of Mythology for Sony’s console (alongside Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition).
As per reports, Microsoft has several more unannounced first-party titles that it’s preparing to bring to PS5, including the likes of Fable, Perfect Dark, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, among others.
Hellblade 2 time maybe?
