Season 1 is here — and with it, new Renown grinds! The changes recently implemented make earning Renown far easier than it was before, however; read on to find out the new breakpoints and how things stack up with the changes. Diablo 4 Patch 1.1.0 Renown Adjustments Renown Overview Patch 1.1.0 buffed the Renown values for both Dungeons and Side Quests, making it easier to reach the Renown milestones for each region. If you have collected all Altars of Lilith in the open world and unveiled the entire map before creating your seasonal character, the progress will carry over to any new character that you create. This will also give you credit for the Renown system. The following pictures show how the Renown progression looks like for a new seasonal character (excluding any of the last three unlocks!): The third Renown milestone will not be reached if you create a new character for Season 1, which leaves some Renown open to be collected for getting another skill point per region. Below you can find a table with the needed Renown to unlock the additional skill point. The last two Renown milestones only become relevant later on, as they are only available at World Tier 3.
