The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G is likely to be the next affordable 5G smartphone in a crowded entry-level 5G phone space! Ahead of its launch in India, Samsung has revealed some of the key specifications of the Galaxy F23, and even shown its design on the Flipkart page. The launch comes just weeks after Samsung revealed the Galaxy S22 series for the Indian market. And in accordance with the new “Snapdragon theme,” the Galaxy F23 will be using a Qualcomm chipset instead of an Exynos chip.
Samsung has already confirmed two of the key specifications on the Galaxy F23 5G, even though the leaks have revealed everything. The phone will be using the Snapdragon 750G chipset, bringing 5G connectivity as well. Additionally, Samsung says the phone will also feature a 120Hz refresh rate display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. No word on whether the phone will have an AMOLED display or an LCD display.
The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G is also shown to have a design inspired by last year’s Galaxy A52. The rear has the same minimalist design with a rectangular camera island, while the front gets a waterdrop-notch for holding the selfie camera.
While Samsung doesn’t reveal more, a recent leak goes on to bare it all on the internet. We now know that the Galaxy F23 5G will have a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP third camera.
The display will have a Full HD+ resolution with a waterdrop notch at the top and measure 6.4-inches. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner is also expected to be a part of the package. Does this mean an LCD display on the Galaxy F23 5G?
