90 Day Fiancé fans on Reddit have discovered an old photo of Ben Rathbun, which has made them concerned about Mahogany Roca’s age. Ben, 52, from Michigan, has been romancing 24-year-old Mahogany on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5. Although Mahogany showed many signs of being a catfish, including her heavily edited selfies on Instagram and her refusal to get on video calls with Ben, he was freaked out upon discovering that she is actually 22 and lied about her age. Ben decided to end his Peru trip, owing to Mahogany’s bluff, but a fan spotting them together in a mall recently has surely put him in a bad light.
At first, fans didn't expect Ben to meet the real Mahogany in person. Despite Mahogany not looking anything like her Instagram selfies, Ben refused to give up on his plan of marrying her. Mahogany admitted that her parents were against their relationship, considering Ben may be having nefarious intentions, so he decided to meet them for a chat. However, Ben found out Mahogany’s list of lies didn’t just end at her using a photo manipulation app. The same Mahogany who used to live with her parents until a month ago claimed she was staying by herself. Moreover, Mahogany’s supposed apartment looked more like a place she rented on Airbnb as it lacked any of her personal belongings. Then Mahogany’s mom accidentally blew her cover by spilling that she’s 22 and not 24 as she had told Ben.
