Kanye West's 24-hour Instagram ban may upset the 44-year-old rapper, but his ex-wife and The Kardashians star Kim reportedly believes the punishment is indeed justified. Known for his lack of filter, Kanye has been blasting Kim and her boyfriend, Saturday Night Live's Pete Davidson, for months. Attacking the mother of his four children several times with allegations of bad parenting, Kanye's ramblings have not only come through Instagram — where he frequently purges his account of posts — but through his music, mostrecently his latest album, Donda 2. In one of the most disturbing instances yet, a video for one song, «Eazy,» features a clay-mation Kanye kidnapping and burying an equally-animated Pete alive.
Kanye's harsh rhetoric doesn't just apply to Kim and Pete, however. Besides the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and her beau, Kanye's latest call-outs have been targeted at Khloé Kardashian, Khloé's ex Tristan Thompson, and even the Grammy Award-winning singer Billie Eilish, among others. With all that the musician has said, it's Kanye's latest beef, this time with comedian and political commenter Trevor Noah, that has finally caused clear ramifications. While commenting on the Kanye-Kim-Pete controversy as news on The Daily Show With Trevor Noah, Trevor discussed the real-world implications of Kanye's behavior towards his ex-wife, touching on topics like mental health and spousal harassment. As expected by internet users, this did not sit well with Kanye and in a now-deleted Instagram post, Kanye called Trevor a racial slur.
