Memphis Smith has come clean about why Hamza Moknii might divorce her after they get married on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Ups and downs have been a regular occurrence in Memphis and Hamza’s relationship since they first met on an international dating site. Hamza lied to Memphis about his age, and she kept her close relationship with her ex-husband a secret from him. Communication issues added to their arguments and so did the trust issues. But instead of postponing her marriage plans, Memphis thought a prenup would guarantee them a happy ending.
However, with just one day left for their wedding celebrations on90 Day Fiancé, Memphis remembered she had to get Hamza to sign the prenup. Her lawyer made Memphis understand she should have made the agreement sooner, which left Memphis with a new option at hand — a postnup. Memphis claimed that she wanted to protect her children and assets any which way from Hamza in case things went sour between them after they married. Memphis, who works as a nurse practitioner confessed she’d gone through a bad experience during her last divorce. Oddly enough, Hamza’s mother Hayet had already tried to make the 90 Day Fiancé couple understand that they should be worried about a divorce considering their rushed timeline and Memphis’ past failed marriage.
