Although Atlus had previously confirmed Persona 6 was in development, there has never been anything publicly revealed about the title, but it seems its internal release date goals may have been delayed. When this was confirmed, Atlus acknowledged there was a lot of pressure forPersona 6 to be better than Persona 5, a masterpiece in many eyes, and it's possible this has something to do with it.
