A Twitch ad has accidentally confirmed that a Resident Evil 4 remake demo will be shadowdropped tonight as part of the Capcom Showcase, just like everyone thought it would.
We're just a few short weeks away from the release of the long-awaited Resident Evil 4 remake and, even though everyone's already excited enough for it as it stands now, Capcom has promised that we'll all get the chance to try it out for ourselves soon, previously confirming at the most recent State of Play that a demo was on the way. How soon, you ask? Well, according to a Twitch ad, we'll get the chance to play Resident Evil 4's remake tonight.

As shared by Redditor CreationMaster12 on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, an advert started appearing on Twitch earlier today for Resident Evil 4 remake that says "demo available now". Other users on Twitter, such as DanisabeastXD, have also shared screenshots of the advert, proving that it's legitimate.
Considering the Capcom showcase is later today and Resident Evil 4 has been confirmed to show up there, it seems likely that the Twitch ad has been pushed live earlier than intended and spoiled the ever-popular shadowdrop announcement that Capcom was planning to make later tonight. It's a bit of a shame for Capcom to have its announcement spoiled, but it's not really a surprise. As I said above, Resident Evil 4 remake is only a few weeks out and Capcom promised last week that a demo was going to release soon, which leaves little room for it to release any later.
