It’s a simple little bottle with the label “heroin.” Many were quick to jump to Red Dead Redemption 2’s historical accuracy in the comments, as it and many illicit drugs nowadays were used as part of various medications back in the day. So, not only is this a little detail that many fans will go entire playthroughs without noticing, but it just adds yet another layer of research and detail put into Red Dead Redemption 2’s world.
