A fan-made mod has given the epic open world of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim a wild west touch, making it look very much like what fans are hoping for Red Dead Redemption 3. Skyrim mods have gotten more creative over the years, with users transforming the Bethesda classic into almost anything imaginable. This helps to keep interest in the title fresh no matter how many times a player has delved into the vanilla version of Skyrim.
Neither Skyrim nor Red Dead Redemption require much introduction, with both Bethesda and Rockstar's open-world titles falling among the highest-grossing, and most critically acclaimed video games of the past couple of decades. Fans are eager to see the next installment of each series, and whilst there has been a lack of information surrounding The Elder Scrolls VI to date, Bethesda has at least officially announced it. Unfortunately, there has been no news of a potential Red Dead Redemption 3, likely due to Rockstar currently working on Grand Theft Auto 6 instead.

Redditor jackfjdah1 (via Game Rant) has taken on the task of combining the two worlds of Skyrim and Red Dead Redemption in their latest mod. A recent video uploaded to theSkyrim subreddit shows a cowboy in combat with someSkyrim bandits, using a working rifle to take them down. Throughout the fight, battle music that sounds like Woody Jackson's "American Venom" plays. "American Venom" was featured in the climactic showdown at the end of Red Dead Redemption 2's epilogue, making its inclusion in jackfjdah1's mod a nice touch that further merges Rockstar and Bethesda's worlds.
