Outside of the massive Red Wolf of Radagon, there is little reason to be scared of these enemies in a one-on-one fight. Even a Tarnished with limited skill can take out single wolves with ease, as one hit from canines is unlikely to be fatal. However, wolves are truly dangerous when they group up and attack at the same time, especially if one of the stronger white versions is present in the pack.
