Rebel Wolves is a games studio that was co-founded in 2022 by industry veteran Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, the Game Director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Yesterday, they announced that they are entering a strategic partnership with Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe. This agreement means that Bandai Namco Entertainment will be responsible for publishing Rebel Wolves' debut title, an action RPG named Dawnwalker. Bandai Namco will be responsible for publishing this title globally, as well as taking on the responsibility for both the retail and digital distribution of the game upon release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Dawnwalker is the first title for Rebel Wolves and is shaping up to be a dark fantasy narrative sandbox, AAA action RPG that takes place in medieval Europe. The game is targeting mature audiences and will be developed utilizing Unreal Engine 5. At the moment, the details regarding the project are minimal, but it's said that the developers will reveal more information about what is to come in the upcoming months.
Chief Publishing Officer Tomasz Tinc commented on the partnership between Rebel Wolves and Bandai Namco Entertainment, saying: "Rebel Wolves is a new studio built upon solid foundations: a combination of experience and fresh energy.
