Star Wars Outlaws’ biggest update, Title Update 1.4, is now available on all platforms. It brings sweeping changes to stealth, combat, enemy AI, and more while offering extensive freedom to tackle missions as players see fit.
As noted in the last Dev Update, nearly all quest objectives have had forced stealth removed, which means you’ll no longer fail if caught. Of course, you also have more options, like sneaking around Syndicate territories and reaching for your blaster. Combat has been revamped to add weak points to enemies, more utility for Kay’s Blaster Modules, and allow more time for using two-handed weapons dropped by enemies.
Enemy AI and detection are also improved, and while their damage per shot is down, the damage cadence will increase with time if you escalate matters with combat. Visually, there are improvements to facial expressions and general animations in dialogue scenes alongside improved visibility of lights off in the distance.
Check out some of the patch notes below and full details here. Star Wars Outlaws is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC (via the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect). It launches later today for Steam with the Wild Card DLC.
