Quake 2 Remastered has been rated

As spotted by Gematsu, the unannounced title has been classified by South Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee.
The same body classified the remastered version of the original Quake ahead of its official announcement and release during QuakeCon 2021.
After three years of digital-only shows, QuakeCon is returning as an in-person event this year. It will run from August 10-13 at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
Bethesda released the remastered version of the original Quake for modern platforms to coincide with the game’s 25th anniversary.
The shooter was updated with up to 4K resolution and widescreen support on compatible platforms, enhanced models, dynamic lighting, anti-aliasing, depth of field and more.
It was released for PC, Xbox One (including Game Pass), PS4 and Nintendo Switch, with backward compatibility on Xbox Series X/S and PS5.
In December 2021, the game received a free update adding a Horde mode for the first time in its history.
Developed by Wolfenstein studio MachineGames, Horde mode is for 1-4 players and can be played solo, with AI bots, or with friends.
