Right in time for today’s launch of PlayStation VR 2, Sony and several third party developers have added a whole host of PSVR 2 demos to the PlayStation Store.
The PSVR 2 demos available on the PS Store include:
From Horizon Call of the Mountain and Resident Evil Village to Cosmonious High and Puzzling Places, having a broad spread of demos like this is great to see for anyone unsure of the next game they want to pick up. That’s especially true when Sony hasn’t made an equivalent of The Playroom VR for this generation of virtual reality, and early adopters will want to sample a variety of what the new headset can offer.
It’s not clear how long any of the demos or trials are, but we’d expect them to generally feature the opening area of each game or a couple of smaller puzzles in the case of Puzzling Places.
Sony is all in on PSVR 2 this week – obviously – announcing a new State of Play stream that will take place tomorrow night, 23rd February, and feature five PSVR 2 game announcements. This will give us a great look at how Sony’s first year with this new platform will pan out.
