Star Wars Jedi fans want to be able to port the lightsaber colour they chose for Cal at the end of Jedi: Fallen Order and use it from the start of Jedi: Survivor.
One of the most memorable moments in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order happens right near the end of the game. After trekking to Ilum, Cal manages to fix his lightsaber and finds a new kyber crystal, allowing the player to choose what colour their blade is for the rest of the game. It's a great moment and one that made the lightsaber customisation systems come full circle.

So far, however, we haven't seen any evidence that the feature is going to be returning for Jedi: Survivor, with Cal just rocking a blue lightsaber in all of the footage we've seen so far. One Star Wars Jedi fan has a great idea of how to reintroduce lightsaber colours into the sequel by letting us sync our Fallen Order save data and get access to our custom lightsaber from the start.
This idea was brought up by Redditor EamoM2oo4 on the Fallen Order subreddit, who recognised that the request was "unlikely" but thought that it'd be a good idea to line the two games up a bit. Other Redditors in the comments suggested that the lightsaber should also come with the hilt that players used in Fallen Order as well, which would be a nice touch.
Even if the feature isn't very likely due to Jedi: Survivor not being on the same console as Fallen Order, Respawn has recently suggested that Survivor will feature a "deep" customisation system, which will hopefully apply to lightsaber colours and hilts. Even if we don't get this requested system, we'll hopefully be able to recreate the lightsabers at some point.
