Rising PlayStation 4 PC emulator shadPS4 is now also able to boot last year's Red Dead Redemption Remastered.
The team behind the PS4 emulator has been making great progress recently, and as covered earlier this month, the emulator is already able to boot fan-favorite Bloodborne on PC. Last week, we reported on additional improvements being made when it comes to emulating the game on PC. With a PC port of FromSoftware's PS4 hit title likely not happening, this is welcome development for many fans of the game. As it turns out, the team behind the promising emulator has now also managed to get Red Dead Redemption Remastered to boot on PC. Not only that, but the emulator also allows to access the game's main menu. We've included a WIP video of the emulator booting Red Dead Redemption Remastered below. Quite the news for the PS4 emulation scene indeed.

Red Dead Redemption Remastered was released for the PlayStation 4 (and Switch) last year. The game is a remastered version of the 2010 original. We've included some info from the original press release of the remaster below:
