Only one vendor in the game sells Onions, so you'll have to find them to access this plant and its seeds. To get started goto the Tall Grass Inn on the eastern side of the larger Chalk Peak region to get started in your search for this merchant. From here, head toward the top of a cliff past the Motel sign, and go inside the building next to a shop that sells sandwiches to find this vendor waiting to interact with your character.

Be careful not to use a vehicle like the Motorcycle in to travel to the vendor selling Onions. The narrow ledges of the cliff where the vendor's shop is located can make it hard to navigate and easy to fall off if you're on something moving too fast.
