Pokemon GO is launching its new Weather Week event on March 14 with boosted encounter rates and other rewarding event bonuses to take advantage of. Similar to Raid Day events, Pokemon GO players will also be able to team up and battle select Pokemon to earn more rewards and potentially capture a Shiny Pokemon.
Niantic, the developer of Pokemon GO, hosts several events for the popular mobile game every month. Pokemon GO's Community Day and Raid Day events are especially rewarding for trainers, since encounter rates and XP gains are greatly increased.
