Blizzard has revealed a few new Legendary Aspects and Aspect changes coming in Patch 1.4.0 with Season 4. Let's take a look at what is new and what has changed for some of the Aspects in Diablo 4.

All of these changes are subject to change before they hit live servers on May 14. Some of the Legendary Aspect descriptions can be incomplete. This is only a small portion of what is to come for Aspects with Patch 1.4.0.
The summary does not include changes to value ranges as those are being overhauled across the board with the reworked Codex of Power. Some potential changes to Aspects that could be spotted during the Campfire Chat may have also not been included due to the new Codex of Power system shortening descriptions of Aspects, which leads to parts of their description being left out.

General Legendary Aspects
New Utility Legendary Aspect —
Aspect of Concussive Strikes - Damaging an enemy has a chance to Daze them. You deal % increased damage to Dazed enemies.
Necromancer Legendary Aspects
New Utility Legendary Aspect —
Aphotic Aspect - Skeletal Priests empower your Skeletal Warriors' attacks to deal Shadow damage and have a % chance to Stun.

- Flat damage Legendary Aspects now scale based on the player's weapon damage.
Barbarian Legendary Aspects
Windlasher Aspect
- Previous: Casting Double Swing twice within 2 seconds creates a Dust Devil that deals damage to enemies behind the target.
- New: Casting Double Swing creates a Dust Devil that deals damage to enemies in its path. Triple the amount of Dust Devils created if Double Swing is cast twice within 2 seconds.
Aspect of Anemia
- Previous: Lucky Hit: Direct damage against Bleeding enemies has up to a % chance to Stun them for 2 seconds.
- New: Lucky Hit: Direct damage against Bleeding or Vulnerable enemies has up to a % chance to Stun them for 2 seconds.
