Nvidia Made an Exclusive GeForce RTX Keycap You Can't Buy
Nvidia is set to reward a lucky few who show a "passion for games, graphics, and technology" with an exclusive keycap to enhance their gaming keyboard.
The brushed aluminum GeForce RTX keycap was revealed today, but it doesn't look as though you'll be able to purchase one. The cap has "RTX ON" printed on it, and Nvidia will reward "fans of GeForce gaming worldwide" over the spring and summer with a nice surprise in the post.
In order to be in with a chance of receiving the special keycap, you'll need to start responding passionately to the company's social media posts. Nvidia will be keeping an eye on the replies to its Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts and selecting anyone the company deems worthy for a reward. It's probably going to help if you can show off the Nvidia products you own as part of that feedback.
The keycap ships in its own branded box with "powered by gamers made by Nvidia" printed on the side. And if Nvidia is reserving the keycap just for those it deems worthy, then you can expect a few of them to eventually make an appearance on eBay carrying a very large price tag.
