The Nintendo Switch is a massively popular video game console. After the less-than-stellar launch of the Nintendo Wii U, the company had to think of something to catch players’ attention quickly. Fortunately, their next bout with a competitive piece of hardware was a success. This hybrid console proved to be incredibly trendy with players. They could take their games on the go while also having a dock to play these titles at home. Of course, the Nintendo Switch is getting a bit old, and there have been persistent rumors that Nintendo would be delivering an enhanced version of the Nintendo Switch.
That hasn’t happened yet, and while we don’t know if the next successor will just be an improved Nintendo Switch model, there is something in the works. A new report from CMA has fans talking about the upcoming Nintendo Switch successor. This report was mainly focused on the Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard, a deal that we’re still waiting to see if Microsoft can successfully follow through with. However, during the report, there was a reference to Nintendo, which mentions the future of the company.
